We’re Brendan and Kirsty, a couple who’ve made homes in two of our favourite corners of the UK – the lively seaside neighbourhood of Hove in Brighton and the stunning, peaceful Yorkshire Dales.

This is a family-run venture, and we’ve put a lot of heart into creating cosy, welcoming spaces that feel like home. Whether you're by the sea or in the hills, we’re here to make sure your stay is relaxed, memorable, and easy from start to finish.

    Rose Cottage, Hawes, Yorkshire Dales, UK

    Rose Cottage is a charming, historic stone house built in 1752 for the manager of the world’s oldest cotton mill, located right on the river in beautiful Wensleydale. This spacious four-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to seven guests and offers a true home-from-home experience with a perfect blend of traditional character and modern comfort.

    Poets Rest, Brighton and Hove, UK

    Poets Rest is a beautifully restored former shop located next to Brighton and Hove’s Poets Corner. While the area is known for its lively, community feel, Poets Rest itself is tucked away on a quiet street, offering a peaceful retreat. The building dates back to the early 20th century and remains part of a vibrant neighbourhood full of independent shops, artisans, and local businesses—a spirit that lives on just around the corner.
